FETHI is an Economist and a Sworn Fiscal Advisor / Certified Public Accountant / Sworn Chartered Accountant. He was graduated from Political Sciences Faculty of Ankara University, and has M.A. degree in economics at Vanderbilt University (USA). He also carried out a one year study on taxation in the UK. Thirty-one years of professional experience mostly in the Turkish public sector. He is a Former Head Inspector of Finance and Deputy Chairman of Board of Inspectors at the Ministry of Finance, and Director General for Customs and Excise. FETHI managed harmonisation of EU and Turkey Customs Union legislation. He authored numerous articles on customs, finance and economics. He is a member of the Chamber of Ankara Certified Public Accountants.

He has thirty-four years of professional experience mostly in the Turkish public sector. He is a Former Head Inspector of Finance, Former Deputy Director General of General Directorate of Revenues, Former General Manager of Human Resources at Ministry of Finance, and Former Deputy Undersecretary of Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Chamber of Ankara Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. TURKMEN is an Economist, an Associated Professor and a Sworn Fiscal Advisor / Certified Public Accountant / Sworn Chartered Accountant. He was graduated from Political Sciences Faculty of Middle East Technical University, and had post graudute studies at University of Leicester in the UK. Dr. TURKMEN has twenty-six years of professional experience mostly in the Turkish public sector. He is a Former Inspector of Finance at the Ministry of Finance, and Former Economic and Financial Consultant to the State Ministry of Economy and Treasury. He is an Ex-Head Consultant to the Turkish Board of Capital Markets and the President, and a Former Deputy Undersecretary of Prime Ministry. He is also Former President of Fiscal Academy. He is a member of the Chamber of Ankara Certified Public Accountants.

He was graduated from Political Sciences Faculty of Ankara University, and has M.A. degree on Economics of Public Policy at University of Leicester (England). He also carried out a one year study on Taxation of Multinationals and Transer Pricing in England. MURAT has twenty six years of professional experience mostly in the private sector. He is a Former Head Inspector of Finance at Ministry of Finance, Member of the Board of Auditors at TMSF/BDDK Banks, Ex-Head of Department at Prime Ministry Privatization Administration, Former Member of Board at both Zinc Manufacturing Inc. and Soma Power Generation Inc. He also served as Deputy Project Manager for World Bank supported Development of the Turkish Public Finance Administration Project, and also as Ex-Vice President at a private management consulting company. MURAT represented Hydro Quebec International (Canada) and some of the UK based international business associations in Turkey. He published numerous articles on business, finance, taxation and economics. He is a Member of the Management Consulting Association, and Chamber of Istanbul Certified Public Accountants as well.

ALI is the most well known Social Security Advisor in Turkey. He was graduated from Labor Economy and Industrial Relationship at Faculty of Economics and Administration of University of Izmir Dokuz Eylul.
Fifteen years of professional experience in both Turkish public and private sectors: He is a former Chief Inspector of Social Security, Head of Inspection and Supervision, and Head of Group at General Directorate of Social Security of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
He is an independent and objective expert on social security compliance, employment, work forces, assessing, planning and managing relevant fiscal risks, work place safety, liabilities for misuse of the law and wrongful termination of employment contracts, personal injury, sickness and death, retirement pay, unfounded pension funds, labor economic losses and damages, penalties, computation of minimum workforce employment, workforce and human resource planning, performance management systems, bonus plans, labor employee stock option, union relations, employment incentives and governmental supports and advisory of dispute solutions.
He has published 7 books on employment and social security legislation, high court resolutions and implementations, work place safety and working. He also published uncountable articles on employment and social security.
He has written and prepared a page on employment and social security in well known AKSAM and HABERTURK daily newspaper. He has been also a social security programmer at various leading TV Channels of SKYTURK, KANALTURK, SHABER, NTV and BLOOMBERG HT.
